New member here....I am a first time jet boat owner, but I've been around jets for a while. I just bought a Lowe Roughneck 1652 w Yamaha 60/40 ob jet. I am thinking of removing the ob and having a small inboard put it. Looking at Rotax 900 ACE 60 or 90. Anyone have experience making this kind of modification and any pros or cons I should consider ??? These units are typically put in jet skis, but I would think either one would push my boat better than the Yamaha.
