Should I take my jet ski out for a ride before maintenance is due?

I kept my Waverunner in the garage since last summer. Is a 2022 and I only rode it for 6 hours last years, I live in Florida so I didn’t winterize it. Just put on the cover and left it in the garage until now. Battery was completely dead, I replaced the battery. I’m planning on taking out next weekend for a brief ride.
Should I get the 10 hour maintenance before I take it out or should I be ok with ride with after sitting for close to a year.
I don’t want to get stranded, I’m thinking of emptying the old gas and replace it.

Its just oil,filter, and grease bearing. I would do it first.

Very easy, just need a fluid evacuator for the oil and a grease gun with marine grease for the bearing. Do a seach here and you will find its very easy to do.

I’d take it out. I’m taking mine today. And it’s 53 degrees right now.
