Chaparral Vortex Receives NMMA Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award

Was reading news coming out of the Miami Boat Show, and noticed that Chaparral Vortex is the only JetBoat to have received the NMMA Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award.
Pretty interesting and it must be saying something about the quality of that brand.

May well be high quality, but this is essentially a participation award with a pretty low bar. Not saying it's pay for play, but it's a revenue generator for NMMA and their partner.

"The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Award recipients achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between April 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015"
