After a day of a lot of shallow water fishing (muddy bottom) and low speed (Idle) activity, got a loud audible alarm as we were heading back to the ramp (at speed).

Clicked through every screen of the Connext System to get an indication of the cause.
-Not Depth, Fuel, Voltage,....

As I was trouble shooting (neutral), nearly certain I saw that no water was being ejected from Starboard side and decided it was a heat alarm.

Turned off engines, opened engine compartment and then cleared the impellers, but found nothing out of the ordinary.

Restarted engines and cooling water was flowing. Continued back to the ramp with no issue.

Reality is, I am not sure I know what caused the alarm-
I flipped through every page of the Owners Manual and no mention of anything like this-

1. Is there the concept of 'pulling codes' from the Connext so that I can verify the source of that alarm?

2. Anyone have a similar experience or input on ways to further investigate source of the alarm?

@subysti you have a service manual right? Is there a way to display codes on the Connext?

On the older boats you can push and hold the M and T buttons on the tach to get to a menu to display codes. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a similar procedure with the Connext.

I remember Bill, and that is what I was thinking. Even my 2010 Jeep allows me to pull codes from the dashboard-

With your spurring, I dug a little deeper and there it is. "Hold the 'System Control' button for 3 seconds....".
Manual also says that I should have seen a message about the alarm on the Connext Screen when it was happening.
I may need to call the dealer with any code found, if not found by google.

And connext never informed you it was a overheat alarm , with no water coming from the "pee" holes it must of been.

Yea, that is what I am thinking...but it is more of an educated guess-
I understand the system better now and the truth is that I can't be sure that I didn't clear through some warning screen in the first moments of the alarm.
I am hoping that the diagnostics test I now know how to do, will tell me something of the root cause so that I can ensure remediation and avoidance, going forward-
Will report back what I learn....

@Glen, that's awesome. I don't know if these match up at all, but here are the trouble codes from my 2011.
