I have a 2015 AR192. The last time I took it out on the lake, the tower was a bit shaky. I looked at the bolts holding the tower in and they look like a very large allen head. I'd like to tighten them up. I've looked on the Yamaha parts website and I can find the part but it doesn't mention what size allen head it is. Does anyone know what size allen head I would need to buy?

Theres a large nut underneath that you'll need to hold too. (That's what she said). No sure of the size of either, though..

I seen the nut underneath but the problem is that the top of the bolt is countersunk so the only way to hold on to the top is to use an allen wrench. Pliers will not let you grab the top.

I wasn't able to get any specific feedback so I wanted to provide an update to close out this thread for future reference. I purchased a large allen head set. For a 2015 AR192, the front allen head for the tower is 1/2". The two allen heads on the rear end of the tower is 3/8". I was able to tighten these up quite a bit and we'll see what happens tomorrow when I go back out to the lake. Hopefully it prevents the tower from shaking as much as it was.

I tightened up all 6 of the tower bolts and took it out on Saturday. It was a little better but the tower was still moving a little. It was 7-10 mph winds and I had the bimini up. I'm thinking there's going to always be some type of movement as the bimini is going to act as a sail when it's windy. I was still able to get about 48mph in 7-10 mph winds with the bimini up. I'll just deal with the tower movement.
