Turning on connext media/radio

Sitting in our new 2019 242x tonight and messing with the connext system. Getting everything to work except the media section. Feeling pretty silly we cant figure this out. All the media sources are showing locked. Does anyone know how to turn on the radio?

Did you start by messing with the fusion head unit on the swim deck? Today, I hit the power button on that unit, then went to Connext and saw the same thing you describe. Try turning everything off, then go back to the helm and start from there and see what it does.

If you can figure out how to play the radio in the driveway without the blower kicking on and random errors beeping, I’d love to know that secret too! I’m going to take it to town tomorrow for gas, just so the damn alarm will shut up.

Wow! Just found that 3 ground wires to the battery posts were not connected by the dealer.

We had to put gas in ours also to stop the alarm from continually going off also. Now the alarm goes off about every 5 - 10 minutes. Going to try to figure that out next.

I had the same problem my first time out. Tried disconnecting the battery and even unplugging the connex headunit with no luck. It didnt start working until the day was over and on the trailer. Next time out the maps would just show a white screen, started working an hour later. The alarms also sound every so often as well. I have told the dealer about this I will let you know what they say.
