I searched and went in circles. Just a quick question - when I do get to winterizing my boat, should I change the oil now or should I put it away as is and put fresh oil in before beginning next season? If you recommend I do it now, do you also change it again after the winter?

I will fog the engines, blow out water, maybe some antifreeze in bilge, and add some higher octane fuel with Marine Storage stabilizer. I will also have the plugs out to fog so I will put some anti seize on them and plan to replace them along with the oil at the start of next season.

Change the oil before you store it. The you're good for next season. NAPA gold filters work very well.
