Deposit For 2021 Yamaha and still waiting?

@Rhyder as I indicated he already posted here. This was 11 days ago, you would have to reach out to see if he has any inventory left at this time. He had multiple boats in stock then.

if you are in Ga try Ride Now in Jax had a few boat in stock and more coming 250 252 maybe some 212 but i diodnt pay attention i did pick up a 252se and for sure had another 252se in blue and warm next to mine

We are at Home Port in Palm Harbor. Best rates in the Bay area, as far as I can tell. Not sure about availability, that's usually the issue at these places. Ozona Blue is a great restaurant too.

Ok, thanks for the info. I might start shopping around, although with the summer around the corner i doubt spots are open.

Anyone can rent a uhaul and there are plenty of transit companies that would ship the boat. Glad you got your boat but for those who can’t tow or don’t want to travel to get a boat, there are ways to still get a boat.

If anyone needs help getting their boat home from a dealer or private sale they purchased in Southeastern Michigan / Great Lakes area, I wouldn't mind helping out and picking it up and towing it to you or with you, within a 4-5 hour trip give or take, of course weather permitting.

Considering their backlog they should just skip the 2022 models and just produce the boats on order instead of canceling

Anyone heard about issues ‘21 212XE being cancelled or if you received yours? Being told “before boating season”. Not worried just looking for any insight.

We are waiting on an ar210 and the dealership has told us May which would be about 6 months from when we put our deposit down. All these stories of cancelled shipments are getting us worried though. Does anyone know if they build a certain size or model at once then push those out together or is it all different and no real order for build and delivery?

I would guess that they tool up the factory for certain models and do the run. Wash, rinse and repeat. Just my 2 cents

My understanding is that they build a certain model all at once and push them out together. That's how my dealer explained it to me and that's exactly what I saw when my boat was delivered--there were several reports all of the sudden (here and FB Yamaha group) of people receiving Black 252SEs at the same time.

This is why it's a total crapshoot when people talk about the time from when they placed their order until when their boat shows up. It's all just luck of the draw on when your model is going to be produced again (or, as we're unfortunately seeing now, if your model is going to be produced again).

I not holding my breath that my 252 fsh is coming anytime soon. Right now, I’m just happy that I still have my 1990 Sea Ray 220 cuddly cabin, and so are my dogs.

When the Yamaha road show came through Dallas in October the Yamaha rep told us that the 25' FSH were going into production soon and we could expect delivery in February. My dealer has said he has not been told differently but he does not have a date yet. We have had a 252 FSH on order since August.

I can sort of empathize with everyone waiting for their boat.

We have terrible internet. Waiting for Starlink to be available in our area. Checking email everyday since last November....

Took a 45 sec video on the ski hill last Sunday, it's still uploading to Google photos...

We ordered our 212XE in October and the dealer could not tell us when the boat was scheduled other than it would be ready by boating season. Then in early January we got our call. Hopefully yours will come soon.
