The pool WAS great...now it’s falling apart, dark, and probably full of urine as there are NO restrooms. Last night they came in around 9:30 and kicked everyone out. They started throwing buckets of chemicals in it and kept it closed the rest of the night. I’m guessing the cleaning was needed...- ThatJeepGirl

When we closed out, they would not BUDGE on price. I’m honestly very disappointed in this trip with regard to getting what we pay for. FYI...I’m also pretty sure the electrical connection in the water is what rusts out our plate on the swim deck. I truly understand that we are not here to be in...- ThatJeepGirl

Does anyone have an extra ugly, orange, Coast gaud approved life jacket we could borrow for the trip there and back (to harbor Towne)? We were so fortunate to have someone at harbor Towne help, but they will need theirs back prior to crossing (I know the wife is Lauren...thank you!!!) If anyone...- ThatJeepGirl

I saw them my first year...AFTER I was finished riding out the storm of boring (ie. waiting for the captain to return). That’s why I needed clarification on leaving the boat. That was another difference last year...no one out out quarantine flags. I think the rough crossing may have impacted...- ThatJeepGirl

Just wondering...what is protocol for leaving the boat while the captain is at customs?? 2016 we all stayed on the boat. @ThatJeepGuy came back a few hours later and I was already in “full vacation mode”. Last year customs was at the Sands when we arrived and NO ONE stayed on the boat. I didn’t...- ThatJeepGirl

Just do it! We took our 19’ two years ago and it was great. I will say, you need to be prepared to run it wide open to keep up with the larger boats. @ThatJeepGuy can give you more advice if you need it. Actually, after last years crossing I kind of missed the 19’- ThatJeepGirl
