    Does Your Mooring Cover Leak?

Mine has gotten worse over time. Curious on the waterproofing if it would work with an older cover.

STAY SAFE MY FLORIDA BOATING BROTHERS

The newer and nicer ones run tri-fuel. I think I will grab 2 100lb propane tanks. I can use them for my grill and griddle and top off before any storms. Stocking up on 20-30 gallons of gas before storm season isn't too bad either. I can dump it in my truck at the end of season. Worst case the...

We have some minor damage. I’ve never seen flooding in my area. I am Zone D at 30ish feet. It’s receded but started to get some in garage. Boat cover was holding in for dear life. Been out of power since 6 Wednesday. Don’t foresee it coming back anytime soon.

EV discussion - hate or love?

The fake stuff is plain dumb. There are plenty of real videos. There is a video from last week of a Tesla catching fire in the garage as the flood waters are coming in. I’m sure even with flood they will try to deny claims lol The NC stuff is interesting. A dam failure should be paid out by the...

How did it not overflow? On my TR-1 I poured too much one time and it overflowed the fill port.

I guess I view it different - I understand if the tenant is adding it, but having a licensed electrician do it with proper permits at no cost to you is a win with minimal risk (struggling to find any real risk here) You can raise the price of rent because now you have an EV charging outlet...

I would counter the owners say you will pay for it and expect the rebate on next month mortgage. They shouldn't get paid for someone else to upgrade their house.
