    2019 Release coming soon!

I would say if you like the look of the 18 that would be your better option as it sounds like the surfboost system might work on the 18's and the wake wedge is a proven solution so you really cannot lose. I would also agree with your comment that the advantages to the reverse will be outweighed...

SurfStream - DIY Edition - Prototyping in AR240

@J-RAD Awesome that would be great if that was the case especially if you could buy just the booster and forget the board and rope!

SurfStream - DIY Edition - Prototyping in AR240

Does anyone know if this will work on old boats, 17's and 18's more specifically but I am sure others will want to know if it will work on older than that.

Completed Red 2018 212X For Sale in Canada (Alberta)

I am looking to sell my recently purchased 2018 212x. We bought it with the intent to use it at our property in Montana but for reasons outside of our control we are selling our property and as such will not be able to use the boat near enough for us to justify keeping it. I have the boat stored...

    Wake Wedge Still being sold?

@jcyamaharider will there still be issues using thrust vectors with the new universal side wedge and a 212x? I would assume so but I thought I would ask. Cheers, Chuds

    SurfPointe

@Cobra Jet Steering LLC I was wondering if there were any potential issues using your steering enhancement system with the new surfpointe boats? I am only asking because if the jets do not point straight and from what I can tell from the install photos the steering fins follow the jet nozzles...

Using the cigarette lighter port for ballast pump

I am looking to buy the Ronix 3700gph pump and associated ballast bags to add extra weight to my 212x and I wanted to know if anyone has used one of these or something of similar power draw through the cigarette lighter port? With the batteries being covered and recessed into the floor I would...

    Messed Up Break-in

Thank you for the replies @jcyamaharider and @McMark! Sometimes you just need someone to smack you over the head and tell you to get over it, totally going to crack a beer after work and leave this mix up behind me. Oh and I will be sure to get the 10 hour oil change done.

    Messed Up Break-in

Picked up my new 2018 212x last Friday and naturally we forgot the manual at home (was reading it the night before on the couch) when we took it out the lake on Monday so we googled the break in period instructions. Of course my wife found the wrong one that stated the last hour keep it below...

    Ordering Information

@Gray I have just been through a long wait to finally touch my new boat (still haven't picked it up yet as the weather here is only just starting to cooperate) but one thing with regards to price this year and "getting a deal" concerned is I have been told Yamaha is having serious issues this...

2018 Yamaha 212X Wake Surfing setup

Ok first time posting but I have been reading endlessly for a year on here, just wanted to wait until I had pulled the trigger on a boat before I posted. Now that I have been told they are expecting VIN#'s I am a bit more comfortable that I will be getting a 2018 212x. Start off by thanking...
