    I believe there are inverters that will automatically switch between battery and AC sources. Personally, I would just run it straight inverter. Are you going to charge the house batteries from the alternator? All newer RVs do this. Its kinda considered bad form to mix AC and DC circuits...

    My RAM 1500 weighs in at around 5500 pounds. A RAM 3500 weighs around 6700 pounds. Your rule of thumb would require just about every person on this board to have a WD hitch and anti sway. Want to take some bets on how many actually have this?

    4.2 amps at 5V.......should be less than half that at 12V, give or take the efficiency of the converter.

    Perfect Pass for AR230?

    We have the PP on our 2007 AR230. I enthusiastically recommend it! If we are going more than 10MPH, the PP is in control of the throttles. Its not perfect, especially at lower speeds, but it is much better than manual control.

    So if I happened to be at Lithia Springs Campground B32 from 7/24 through 7/27 and D79 from 7/27 through 7/28 and happened to show up at certain raft-ups, and I brought a friend with an off-topic boat, would I be in violation of any rules or regulations pertaining to said raft-ups? @OperationROL

    Mine would not fit in 7 ft. I have an 8 ft header. Garage door sticks down a couple of inches. I have a couple of inches of clearance.

    My parents own a house on a canal, 10 minutes from the outlet at Ponce De Leon. I don't have much insight into "community", but there are plenty of opportunities there. Punta Gorda Isles have a community center that supports many "clubs". My parents are members of a local cruising club...

    I tow my SX230 with with a 2015 RAM. I have never felt the need for airbags.
