Stern Swim-up Seat leaking and Holding Water

I brought the seat to my dealer, Highway Marine, in PA. I got reprimanded because I didn't bring my boat to them so they could take a picture of the swim up seat attached to the boat. After a minute or two of going back and forth they took the seat for warranty consideration. The dealer knows...

Boat Stuff SOLD - Jetboatpilot Lateral Thrusters 2.0 $125.00

I'm not a mathematician, but this is what I come up with. Regular price for lateral thrusters at JBP is $229.95 Assuming that you get the maximum discount of 35%, the math comes out to $229.95 - 35% ($80.48) = $149.47 $149.47 - $125.00 = $24.47 less expensive than JBP.

Stern Swim-up Seat leaking and Holding Water

I don't want to do that because both sides are finished, one side is a seat and one side is a cop holder. Hopefully, Yamaha Will warranty these and the new ones don't leak.

I can't find any place the water could enter, looks pretty solid. Tried it again today, yup, they fill up with water.

    Blowers on 252SD

Two days ago my wife noticed hot air blowing out of the vent near the rear seat on the starboard side I never noticed it, so I went and checked. Yes, when the blower is on there is air coming out of the vent on the starboard side. I went and checked the vent on the port side and noticed no air...

Stern Swim-up Seat leaking and Holding Water

I used one swim up seat on my boat a few days ago. When I took it out of the water, I discovered that the seat was half full of water. I can make it dribble out, but I cannot get it completely drained. Has anyone else had an issue like this. Again, I called my local dealer, and I am making a...

    Drive system upgrade?

Yes, the 275SD does have the ability to move laterally at the docks. I spoke to several dealers recently who both stated that the rumors in the Yamaha industry is that the 2024 252SD may get the X DRIVE as well. The current DRIVE system on the 252SD is a game changer for me when docking. The...

    Charger Receptacle Mounting Location

Nah, sorry. The plug is going on the port side just above the port storage compartment. The charger will go inside that compartment attached to the fiber board in there. The batteries are just behind that board in the engine compartment. There is a little path I can use to snake the wires...

    Charger Receptacle Mounting Location

I was going to mount it in the compartment right behind the battery. There is a nice piece of composite wood there that i want to use.

    Charger Receptacle Mounting Location

I trailer my boat the 3 miles trip Lake George. I like to keep the boat pristine. I then connect the charger to my outdoor outlet which is right there.

    Charger Receptacle Mounting Location

That was kinda my thought. It's a good visual before I toe the boat. I think I will go closer to the stern though.
