    Winterization of the shower

It’s not nessasary, simply pump the water out using the nozzle, remove the shower head and blow into the hose to push out any water in the hose. The water left in the tank has room to expand.

    Shorelandr Bunk Lengths

@Ramblinwreck I have to do mine in the next two weeks. Is it tow lag screws that screw into the bunk from the bottom or from the top?

    Lake Erie Boating

I used to boat lake Erie but have moved my boat to Lake Cumberland, KY. I would boat around Sandusky and the islands where you would get some protection from the open water. You will not get that in Ashtabula. The lake is choppy and even with 2 footers, it gets bumpy because these boats are...

    Winterization of the shower

Don't use antifreeze either. I drain the tank as much as it will and put it away.

    Rear grab handle replacement

My fabric grab handle is ripping apart and in need of replacement. My question is, do you have to replace the screws (4) or can you re-use the originals? I ordered the replacement handle so it's on the way. T h a n k s

    Bilge pump cycling. Normal?

My bilge almost never comes on. A couple weeks ago, we were anchored in a cove and my buddy said your boat is peeing. I looked over and saw water coming out of the bilge. I was surprised since thats the first time I have ever seen it pump water out after sitting for a while. I'm guessing I...

Group Buy Gailforce Product Discount for Jetboaters.net--Saddle Floats and other products--EXPIRES END OF JUNE

Just ordered two. The nice thing about these versus a life jacket is they dry almost instantly. I don't have to hang the jackets off the side of the boat to dry all day then.

    Bilge Pump issues

I had the same issue last season. I thought the bilge pump was bad or going so I purchased a new one. Once installed, it worked so I was satisfied that was the issue. But, it happened again but this time, the circuit breaker was popped so I reset it and it was fine. It happened a few other times...

    Ohio river to Pittsburgh

From East Liverpool, Montgomery locks, Dashields L&D then Emsworth. There is no charge to transition the locks but there is a specific way to to it like utilizing the radio to contact the operator to request lockage. Having the proper length rope and knowing what to do with it once you enter...

    Ohio river to Pittsburgh

I did the trip in June. The one issue I had was the amount of garbage in the locks. You will be ingesting everything from twigs to plastic bags. That was not fun.

    Ohio river to Pittsburgh

I have done East Liverpool to Pittsburgh. It's about 41 miles and you have to transition 3 locks.

    Wiring an amp

You will want to run both Pos & Neg wires back to the battery. The fuse will be placed about 12" from the battery. Not sure on the size of fuse but your amp should say what it requires. Also, be sure to use the same gauge wire for both the positive and the ground.

One picture of your last outing.

Did that cruise from East Liverpool Ohio to the Pittsburgh in June 2013. The locks were full of shit and I kept sucking up stuff each of the three locks I had to transition. It was fun, and very cool going through those locks.

I did! The water causes a wind that tends to push you back so as you increase throttle, you can easily get to far into it and start filling the boa! It's cold too! Great place to hang out and party though.
