    Labor Day Weekend in Charleston SC

    I feel your pain. Mine was there for 9 weeks for a jet pump repair and service. Actually paid the bill and immediately listed it for sale. They delivered it last Thursday and 2 hours after they dropped it off, it was sold and gone. So now no boat - only my RXT 230.

    2021 Models

    The 2 engines can sometimes be a blessing. Having a 23' Challenger with 2, I have had to shut one down on a couple of occasions due to overheat warnings but was still able to limp on one back to the dock. That being said, I am also looking to trade down but that is a thought in the back of my mind.

    2020 Bimini Trip July 12-18th

    That checkpoint has been there since this all started when DeSantis shut everything down. It was supposed to be gone at the beginning of June but it didn't happen. There was also one coming into Florida from Alabama on I-10, but not sure if it is still going.

    We hope to get out Saturday on our SeaDoo around lunchtime. So if you head toward HHI, check out the Freeport Marina on Dafuskie Island for lunch then head toward the sandbar on the May River.     If you need to refuel before Beaufort, you can go to Edisto Marina, just a bit off the intercoastal. If not, there is fuel at the Downtown Marina in Beaufort and you go right by that on the way.

    Been asleep at the wheel on this thread. Windmill Harbor is nice and protected but there is nothing to do as it is a gated community marina. You will have to Uber to get anywhere.
