    My boat flooded!!! Help!!

One *possible* caveat to the possibility of the scupper being the sole culprit: with the engines idling in neutral, do the buckets direct the water from the pumps back at the location of the scupper? I know it does on my 190, but I am not familiar enough with the newer twins to know if that is...

    Bimini on 2014 AR190

Yes, that is how it should be. As you use it more it will stretch slightly and get a little easier, but it should be super tight and take some considerable effort to pull down into place.

I 3D printed them; haven't been able to find a mount I liked, so played around with the design until I settled on this one.

    AR190 Dog Ramp / Steps

Any newer products out there? Looks like most of these are not on the market anymore. I have found one load-a-pup, but wondered if there are any fresh products? My dog jumped in (a little unexpectedly) and swam around a while. The look on his face when he realized he didn't have a way back...

    Towing tubes with extra rope

Can't overemphasize the importance of this, surprisingly enough, even more important with light weight riders. The airhead 110V pump that comes with a check valve is the only high volume pump that I have found that will get them tight enough on their own, and that's without the check valve...

    Towing tubes with extra rope

The 60' of rope that comes with this ball are in sections; I think 40, 10, 6, and 4. I use the ball with some tubes, but the flexible rope sections are very handy...

    Wood for bunks

I used pressure Treated 2x6 on mine; bought extra brackets and made them up ahead of time, so I could just swap them out at the ramp on an outing. Only took 30 min to swap them both out. I'd recommend an impact driver for the bolts if they have any rust...

    Show us what you see!!!

If you're interested in what one of the Doggy DNA tests sends back, see attached. We got one free as a part of a first-year vet care package that ended up saving quite a bit of money. Shows some interesting info, and possibly some risk factors to watch out for, if nothing else. The online...

    First Time Pulling the Pump

Thank you for all the help! Got the boat out over the weekend to go see a Lighted Boat Parade; was in the water less than 2 hours after putting it all back together! Now I'm thinking this could have been a blessing in disguise; ever since I bought the boat, I have wondered about the noise it...

Boat Stuff Bimini top 2013-14 AR240 for sale in Alabama

What would be the cost, and what are the dimensions of the support bows? Wondering if it would work on a 190; I like that design much better than the velcro they've gone to on the replacements...

    First Time Pulling the Pump

Ordered the grease and a couple of o-rings. While looking up the o-rings, I also took note of the two sections of "Impeller Housing" ... and realized I had been looking at the whole inlet tunnel thinking it was the wear ring, rather than two parts. Given the relative position, the wear ring is...

    First Time Pulling the Pump

Grease looks gray and I didn't see any signs of water droplets, etc. O-ring had a good seal, as the vacuum was tough to break. However, since it's open, I might as well wipe out the old and put in some new. What kind of grease goes in here? Thank you!!!

    First Time Pulling the Pump

Actually, the wear in the plastic shows the depth/condition of the grooves in the wear ring.

    First Time Pulling the Pump

Feeling the section again today, I think the gouges are pretty deep, as in if they were engine cylinders, they would have to be bored out oversize; no way to dress or hone them away. As such, I think a replacement is in my near future. However, since it has been working fine, and at least not...

    First Time Pulling the Pump

Quite possibly more than that, I would think. Not just a nail catches; the bottom side feels almost like sandpaper, and easily has 0.025 or more worn away (assuming the core should be smooth all the way like an engine cylinder. I’m quite surprised the edges on the impeller look so good with...

    First Time Pulling the Pump

It ended up wedged with the flat dimension squeezed between a fin of the impeller and the ring. Couldn’t force it backwards, and couldn’t pull it out from clean out plug, even with channel locks.

    First Time Pulling the Pump

Well, I finally sucked up something I couldn't clear; unfortunately it was a long way from ramp, after dark, and on a lake with no tow options, so I was left with no choice except to ride 8 miles back up the lake at idle. But anyway, I pulled the pump housing and impeller today and freed the...
