    Book Adventure

Loved the Stephen Hunter books already mentioned, and I would recommend books by Robert Kurson. One is called Shadow Divers, about finding a UBoat off the Jersey shore. Another one he wrote is Rocket Men, about the Apollo 8 mission. Both are true stories and done really well. Also reading the...

    Walmart ozark trail cooler

That was so funny I showed my wife the comment, and then she wanted to see the cooler. Mine's ( hers ?) coming tomorrow. Thanks .....

I was nodding my head while reading your post; something about boat ramps bring out the worst in some people. Maybe its the heat, the pressure, inexperience, thoughtlessness, but we all have to deal with it sometimes. At Jordan, if I launch at Seaforth, which is rare, I am way more likely to...

The official "What did you do to your jet boat today" thread.

Took care of most of the pre season prep this week. Oil, filters, grease, installed batteries. Engines cranked right up. Basic trailer maintenance too. Treated the seadek with starbright deck cleaner, and cleaned all the vinyl. It's ready for the grandkids to do their worst. Used rejex below...

    303 Graphene Nano Spray Coating

I noticed on Amazon there are 2 different versions, one being marine use. Surprisingly enough, the marine version seems slightly cheaper, so I called Gold Eagle and was told they are essentially the same, but the marine product may be harder to use on cars. Ordered some today, 32 ounces, 27 bucks.

    303 Graphene Nano Spray Coating

I think I saw on the 303 website a mention of the sprayer issue, so that may be something they are attempting to improve. I bought a bundle of decent sprayers a few years ago for this same reason . I am looking forward to trying this product!

    303 Graphene Nano Spray Coating

Some of the FAQ's found on the 303 site: WHAT SURFACES CAN 303® GRAPHENE NANO SPRAY COATING™ BE APPLIED TO? 303® Graphene Nano Spray Coating™ can be applied to paint, glass, trim, chrome, wheels, and even vinyl wraps. This product is not recommended to be used on tires, although it won’t damage...

    303 Graphene Nano Spray Coating

That looks great. I have been using rejex, very happy with it, I have a dark boat too. But I still have a bottle left, so I think I will have the boys apply 2 coats to the bottom as usual, and try the 303 above the waterline. Is there any benefit to an additional coat?

    Engine Hatch Foam Replacement

The loctite does grab without much pressure, but I held it in place by hand and some straps for a few minutes. Its awkward to hold it against the hatch unless your remove it. It even held against the Kilmat I used as the first layer against the fiberglass. Kilmat is more for vibration, the foam...

    Engine Hatch Foam Replacement

Holding up great. I used this loctite spray, professional version. Heat resistant so the glue won't melt . Good luck. BTW, I loved my fourwinns horizon, came close to getting a 23 footer. Solid boats.

    Installing 3 bank charger on 2016 e-series

Thanks to everyone that helped me with this . I pulled the batteries for the winter and have them on the Noco at home and will install in the boat this spring. I appreciate all the advice !

    Installing 3 bank charger on 2016 e-series

Hope someone will notice this old thread and answer a question please. I received a nice Noco Gen 5x2 charging system for Christmas. No idea how santa knew I wanted one, but happy to get it. With my E Series boat, it has solar panels, and I saw it mentioned there could be an issue if incorrectly...

Goodbye Good Riddance 2021 Yamaha SX195

**Honestly the one and only good thing I can say about it was GREAT SWIM PLATFORM!** Wondering if this level of honesty was provided to your buyer ? If it wasn't, I hope he is familiar with the quirks of jetboating. If he joins this forum, sees your post, and it conflicts with your ad or...

    How are you carrying SUP?

@tabbibus Wondering about this Ryobi pump and how you are liking it still ? Bought the redhead a SUP, and it didn't take long for my 6 year old batteries to bite the dust. Does this deflate as well? The costco sup came with a great pump, but I do not have a 3rd battery, or an onboard charger...

Raleigh Area Lakes. Jordan, Harris, Falls.

We grabbed a last minute cabin rental on Kerr lake for the end of this week, Thursday to Sunday. Very low budget, but dock is included. May throw some fishing lines in the water. Haven't fished off my own boat with my own equipment in forever. If anyone is planning to be on Kerr , give us a shout !

    Emerging hole in bimini

I wanted to follow up on the material I ordered from Sailrite. I ordered some bimini material, as well as some for the original mooring cover. The cover had a 5 foot tear under the area where you would put the cover pole in the bow. I went to a local auto interior place, and they did a great...
