AR210 underpowered with 4-5 adults and towing?

No question the HO engines are more powerful, but we've got a 2013 AR210. I've had it fully loaded with people and fuel. Still was able to pull the tube and give them a good ride. Even with everyone on the boat (within specs) we had no problem cruising at a comfortable speed. Sure, a 212 is...

    Surge brake disconnect

Magnetic? That would be cool. I have to use tape to hold mine in place.

    Surge brake disconnect

I have a 2013 trailer. Brought boat home for the first time this year to clean and wax and as I was backing the boat into the driveway, the reverse light wiring disconnect for deactivating the trailer brakes decided to stop working. Simple solution to this problem? I do have the manual...

    HydroTurf maintenance?

Has anyone coated their hydroturf with anything to help with the dust as it breaks down? I know I will eventually have to replace it with SeaDek, but I'm not ready to take on that project yet, I am sick of the black dust though.

A little smoke on start up

I'm not a mechanic but I have seen this every spring on my boat. I think its the fogging material they apply to protect your engines over the winter.

AR192 Perfect Pass and Ballast Testing....GoPro Footage

Wave looks great, you're going to have a lot of fun. We surfed a little at the end of last year using a knee board with the strap removed. Just bought a Ronix Koal Fish and can't wait for the water to warm up. Convincing my wife we need ballast is a challenge, so far she thinks it's good...

    Surfboards on Sale!

Is the Liquid Force Fish 5'6" a good board? My brother shamed me out of buying it for a first board saying I should get a Ronix Koal fish instead.

Might be my next surf board?

I guess I'm shopping at Home Depot for our next board.

Picking the boat (Ar192) up Tuesday, towing question

Pretty much exclusively we go to Alum Creek. We only live a couple miles away and our storage spot is only 4/10 of a mile from the ramp (when the park finally opens the one closest to our storage that is). I've wanted to take to other places but just haven't had the chance yet.

Picking the boat (Ar192) up Tuesday, towing question

Good to know. Thanks for answering that. I haven't gone anywhere far yet so thankfully I haven't lowered it yet either.

Picking the boat (Ar192) up Tuesday, towing question

I'm confused on the tower position question. My dealer said to collapse the tower for long distance towing as it reduces drag, is this wrong?

    Suitable tow rig?

Anyone know the tow capacity of a Fiat 500 Abarth? I'm not sure this is going to work. LOL

    Super Mable Test Run, Wipeout

Funny how that "can't be dumped" statement makes one go just a little evil.

    Super Mable Test Run, Wipeout

We bought the super mable earlier this summer. Everyone loves it. We need to buy a quick release though so it's easier to ride chariot style. Only drawback is its big.

    First try at wake surfing

I was looking at the nalu also. I haven't pulled the trigger on anything though, back to school costs are killing me right now.

    Wakesurf Board

How much weight do you think you can get in the totes. We have been experimenting with surfing. Been using our kneeboard. Really want to buy an actual surfboard but just bought a super mable and wife won't let me spend more money on boat toys.

    First try at wake surfing

Has anyone used the O'brien Nalu? Looks to have a good price.

    First try at wake surfing

Tried wake surfing today for the first time. Only problem is we don't have a surfboard. Decided to see if the kneeboard could double as a stand in. Turns out it kinda can. Now we just need to buy a real surfboard. Any suggestions for first-timers but a board everyone can use.

    Water in the Bilge.

I was getting a lot of water last summer. The dealer said the scupper was leaking. They fixed it but occasionally if I have a bunch of kids jumping off and playing around the swim deck I'll get water in there. Usually when splashing and dripping they will fill he area around the clean outs and...
