    Securing box anchor

I don't know if this approach will work in a 24' boat but works great in my 21' boat, two full seasons of use and no issues so far: https://jetboaters.net/threads/212x-anchor-locker-mod-for-mounting-slide-box-anchor.9045/

Slid her into her new home for the summer, it’s been a loooonnnnngggg time since I had to pull her out last September 15th! First cruise later today, couldn’t be happier.

Picked mine up from winter storage, the first pull with my new Durango R/T. The Durango pulled the boat like a champ!

hard wire a 12V high-volume inflator deflator in the boat????

@BigAbe75 , if I recall correctly I mounted the pump by first putting two pipe brackets like the one below on the bulkhead and then using some tie wraps to hold the pump to the bulkhead. It is admittedly not that great but so far after one season it is still there and works fine. The pump is in...

    Show us what you see!!!

Since the weather changed and my boat is tucked away for a winter nap I had to get something else to do. I always wanted to have a project car with my son...finally pulled the trigger. He loves Japanese cars so rather than get my dream 60's muscle car I compromised and we picked up 1990 Miata...

Options on folding wakeboard fingers or swinging rack

I finally got a chance to install the swivel rack mounts today. I had to get the boat home to do it since I had some touch up painting to do on the tower stanchions and that was not practical to do on the water. The mounts are very don't come with new fingers so you have to reuse yours. On...

    seadek storm grey

I have two seasons on my storm grey seadek and I've never had an uncomfortable temperature on mine. I am in Minnesota but we do get some 90 degree days. This is the best mod I've done, it makes the boat look so good and it eliminates the need to dry out carpet.

New to the board and jet boats

I am 220 lbs and my 2015 212x pops me right out of the water on a wakeboard. I plow for quite a while on a single ski and so does everyone else that I have pulled. So my experience I'd the wakeboard is much easier to get up on.

    Wakeboarding

We have found that a gradual increase in throttle is much better for us. We are only a couple of years into wakeboarding and often have beginners with us. I used to give too much throttle and yanked the rope away from the rider all the time. My wife was more gradual in increasing speed and had...

    2018's ARE HERE!!!

My lake has a 40 mph speed limit, so I have no need for more. When I first got the boat I took her up to WOT and got above 50 just to see what she could do but IMO that requires smooth water which we rarely have on our home waterway. Most of my point A to B driving is at 25 mph and rarely over...

Options on folding wakeboard fingers or swinging rack

I got the parts in, they are pretty stout and should be bolt on once I can get back on the boat. Wouldn't you know it I am out of town this weekend so I have to delay my install! Part numbers for port and starboard: The mount bar the has female threads and will pick up the existing holes in...

Best coolers for 212x... what's everyone using

I decided to stay with a soft sided cooler since we rarely need more than 5 hours of cool time and the 20 lbs of empty weight for the Yeti Tundra 35 was a deterrent. Lately we have been putting our cooler on the cockpit floor rather than under a seat so we don't have to move off the seats or...
