    We put ours in the ski locker...barely fits. On our old boat (2012 AR240) I had overhead racks that mounted to the top of my tower. Loved them but they wouldn't work on the new boat. I wish someone would design or develop a solution for surfboards that works well with our boats.

    Can't find the original paperwork to get the exact model, but I'm certain it's the M series 10" infinite baffle.

    Do you like the sound of your sub inside your seat compartment? Does it cause any adverse issues? I would have to change the grill of my sub but that may work. I would love to have a cleaner sound (less vibration). All of the vibration makes me think of those $500 civics with a $5000 sound...

    No problem with my throttles dropping if the stereo isn't turned up, so this wouldn't help me. Did this same fix to our last boat and thanks to Speedling for coming up with it, works great.

    Not that I can find. I can't find the thread but seems like a long time ago I remember somebody else covering up a sub hole with some type of cover.

    So installed JL speakers,sub, and amp two years ago and we love the system. My problem is that I installed the sub directly underneath the binnacles (throttles) on the starboard cabin interior area. It sounds good and no complaints other than one...with the stereo turned up, the sub hits hard...

    Been considering saling our boat anyway and transitioning to a dedicated wake boat....might just be the last season we own a Yamaha. Our is a '15 but motors manufactured early '15.     The 2015 24x issues thread...

    We've struggled with this since buying the new boat, some trips we unscrew the drain plug and its dry as can be, other trips it drains a few gallons of water...but never enough to activate the bilge so I just decided to enjoy the boat and let go.
