    2019 Bmw i3 Rex. Love the i3...this is my second. Range is about 165 electric and another 80 gas backup. I really like having the gas backup if I need more range.

    @landlockedpirate we need the 450 lb bag on the transom for sure. Don't fill the ski locker...it will ruin the push. Just use the wakemakers bags, get 200 lbs of lead weight you can move around. Don't put more than 450 or so on the transom. You should be good!

    @waternutt . Me neither. Just the way the community does it here in texas. I've seen it at other communities around Austin too. I'm guessing so each neighbor has the same view of the fence.

    Just moved from Portland to Texas. Already the forms are up for the pool. The nw is pretty for a few months of the year but that rain is awful! Congrats on the move....you won't regret it
