    Well the time it failed it was a cable that had broke. My fault really, didnt pay attention to the fact that the cable was past its prime

    Mine is a simple cable and pulley lift, my boat is also fully under a roof and mooring cover, so rain water is not an issue

    I recently used griots pruducts to polish my truck using a griots d/a, it did a bang up job. I dont have a ton of experience detailing boats, can I use the same products?

    Yamaha Jet Boat Questions

    I went with SX for practical reasons..wouldnt fit on my lift with the tower up. Dont plan on wakeboarding and its not like you cant without the tower. The Bimini is bigger on the SX. As for the bench seat, ive had the "pleasure" of sitting on one on my buddy's boat, it is not comfortable.

    They retract when you turn the boat off, I haven't had any issues. Just make sure people are ware they are there. If installed correctly they dont interfere with straps.

    Engine shuts off

    Hey guys need your help, my starboard engine keeps shutting off. I start it, it runs perfectly, no alarms no strange sounds. Runs for 5-30 seconds and just shuts off.. I have tried throwing some folded cardboard over the shut off switch but it doesnt make a difference..Thoughts?
