    I usually have my bolster flipped up and tuck the throwable between the bolster and seat back with the handle up so it is visible and easy to grab.

    No prop to ding, fewer moving parts than a stern drive, lower maintenance, a great swim platform with now lower unit, definitely no regrets. I too am glad I sprung for the tower.

    I have one of the hardwired lights and love it. The battery operated one is much easier to install. Highly recommend either one.

    JetBoatPilot Lateral Thruster Debut!!

    I unlock my throttles anytime I am slow maneuvering (docks, channels, etc) in case I need to use the engines independently.

    What Box Anchor Do You Have (2015+ 240)?

    Small box anchor is a tight fit, but fits in my 2011 242 anchor locker fully assembled. I have padding in there in case it gets bounced around. It is such a tight fit, only I deploy and retrieve the anchor. That said, it is a great anchor and I like my setup.
