    May I make a suggestion as well. We had put up a 12x24 inter pool at our last house. Leveling was a pain for sure. I wish I would have put sand down a few inches deep that extended out a few feet around the perimeter.. after a few years the shear weight of the pool pushing down on the soil...

    Before we moved into the home we had built ( finally) the wife would book a 7-10 day get away every few years to an all inclusive like Sandals and make monthly payments up until our leave date. We could never afford such an excursion out of pocket up front but paying on it slowly was unnoticed.

    Just so we understand the definition of cute SUV my wife’s 2017 450 GLE is right on pace with those Full size trucks when it weights nearly 5,000lbs... FYI... a lot of metal in regards to safety.. and AWD....

    Rode out Covid myself this week at home. Not fun and I am extremely greatful for my health and fortunate that I did not have to go to the hospital for care..( coming from a cardiac RN married to an ICU RN)...
