    Best anchor for sandy bottoms?

I've bent my stock yamaha anchor and I've lost a couple fx7s on the bottom of deep water. Pulled the rope in half trying to yank it up. New braid both times. Lol. I'm not sure what is worse... wasting anchors or occasionally having to reanchor. The fx7 did pull on me a few weekends ago but...

    Any Seadek regrets

I 5200'd my snap holes months ago and when I was acetone'ing for the seadek I noticed some of them tend to peel up if you soak them in acetone. The 5200 isn't as hard to remove as they say... lol You can also fill the holes, and just wipe them smooth immediately thereby avoiding the need to...

    Any Seadek regrets

No regrets here, install was easy after cleaning off the existing mismatched turf and doodoo brown stock seadeck The wifey and I got it done in about 1.5 hours at most. Easy peezy. Used the boat for the first time this past weekend after putting on the new SeaDek, worth every penny. Only...

Bimini Crossing Fuel & Speed Data ( if comfortable please contribute data)

I don' have an inreach, but I was pretty close to Bruce most of the trip and I soaked 49.5 gallons on the way to Bimini. Pulled in on one motor sputtering and one completely off to avoid killing the fuel pump.

Bimini Crossing Fuel & Speed Data ( if comfortable please contribute data)

NOAA publishes buoy data that is free to grab... if you know how to query a webpage and have it fill out ur table automatically for you... that could be a helpful way to interpolate wave or wind speeds into the mix for a prediction tool.

    Bimini 2018

FWIW, I have no tabs and I also had ZERO incidents of any thing but minute spray hitting my cockpit floor. Boat stayed dry the entire trip. I think the squall dumped more water in my boat than the waves off the bow ever did. lol

    Lectrotab Trim Tabs

Where's the best place to buy the tabs and auto control? I think that might be next up on my list of mods. Debating between speakers or tabs... Probably tabs as I am more practical and honestly sitting around in the bay with 100 other boats blasting music... seems pointless to work my...

mark screen <what is ! error on Connext Screen)?>

I don't recall seeing any !'s ever on mine - Usually all the error messages pop up in the middle right under the elevation readout in that white-er box. I had a bunch of electrical issues first day I used the boat so - I'm sure I would've seen it had it been a normal occurrence lol. Maybe you...
