    Thanks. I still can’t fathom why they would include that. I could get it filled but the back would still be open. Still deciding. I like the 22’s but love the 25’s. I don’t love their price. It’s a lot of coin.

    I posed this question to jetboat pilot but didn’t hear back. Are there any products in the works to create a seat insert and back for the new 22’? Seems that Yamaha missed on not adding that like the 25 footers.

    Wish they would have added the middle seat insert. Boat in reality will hold 9. Look at how small seat is behind captain seat.

    Thanks for reply. Yes I meant the 252xe I went ahead to cancelled my order. Paying that much for a boat without the upgraded engines or improved wake surf features didn’t make much sense to me. I am keeping my boat For another season.

    I have a deposit down on a new 252xe. Moving from a 2013 212x due to needing more space. I couldn’t swing the cost of a 255xd. If anyone has a 252xe I wanted to see what their thoughts impressions are. I see a lot of 255 posts but not much 252s. Thanks

    I agree. I’m an old pro with that trailer as I’m sure you are. Might gone out 19 212X. Still deciding. This is my argument every season!

    Such a problem I have. Lol. Well good points on the space. At times we have had 8 adults and that was right. The new 212s have the passenger seat where mine has the bench. Not sure if that is better or worse. Extra $$ is daunting as well. There is always the AR240 but I feel that it lacks all...

    Thanks. I have heard that. Most of the adults hang out in stern. The bow has all our stuff. Usually only 2 ride in the front. They stretch out.

    I have a 2013 212x and it’s rates for 9 people and 1760 lbs (or close to that) but the newer models with same engines are rated for 10 people and around 1860ish. I can’t find a reason why. Does anyone know why the difference?
