    If your amp is cutting out I suspect that there might be a problem somewhere. The SD2 is 1200 watts when run at 2-ohm stereo, which should be very well powered for 4 tower speakers at 300 watts per speaker. If the amp is cutting out (or sounds like it is) then it could be a variety of things...
