    Water freezing in exhaust

Tore into it today looks like minimal water was in it. Should be good, going to wait for a week or so so temps can warm it up and fire it up.

    Water freezing in exhaust

Well the stealership told me they would take care of it if anything is wrong. Buying a boat from them has been a horrible experience all around.

    Water freezing in exhaust

Long story short. I have a scarab 165g it went in last Sept for service work. They did not get to it in time before the freeze so they winterized , wrapped it and stored it for me. They got to it a week ago and got everything fixed. I picked it up a couple days ago and now have a giant icicle...

    165g first service?

All done, dealer said bring it in quick and he would clear it for me. Not really bothering me much though. No sense in pulling it out of the lake for just that.

    165g first service?

Just pulled the boat out of the water for the first service. Since being very familiar with other power sports I will be doing myself. Basically the manual states a oil change and lists a bunch of things to inspect. Any other things I should be looking for that are not on the checklist?

    Gas gauge stuck?

No the problem was not as simple as that. I have been keeping it full and just pulled it out of the lake tonight to do the first service and get it to the dealer with the gas gauge issue.

Supercharger for 165 (150 hp) stock engine add-on.

I looked into this also, we decided it would be much easier to just sell the boat and buy the 250hp one in our case.

    Gas gauge stuck?

Unplugged the harness going into the tank, didnt seem loose but who knows. Also checked the other end. Has a full tank right now. Guess we will find out next time we go out if it goes down.

    Gas gauge stuck?

Not sure what you mean, its on the center digital read out at the top but it is bars depending on how full it is.

    Gas gauge stuck?

Was out in some rough water today, gas gauge went from being 2/3 to full and did not go down since then. Assuming the gas gauge is stuck. Easy way to fix or back to the dealer? On a new 165g with 7 hours.

    Auto Bilge and boat lifts

I pulled the drain plugs and the water is below them but it is still high enough for the float to kick on. Guess i will just be pulling the fuse and having the drain plugs out.

    Auto Bilge and boat lifts

I have a new 2016 165g that we picked up last week. Have about 6 hours on it with no issues trailering it in and out for a few times. Now that we have it on the lift its gets water in it and will set off the float but the water is too low to pump. So it sits in a constant cycle on spiting a tiny...
