I'm looking to trade my 2014 sx240 for a new ar240. Instead of trading my trailer, I would like to keep it if only minor adjustments would be needed. Thanks.

I would go take some measurements of the bunk positions on the new boat and compare it to your trailer. The bunks would likely need some slight adjustment and the winch may need to move slightly forward to account for the slightly longer boat length. I think the trailers are the same though. Out of curiosity why keep yours?

When I bought my boat I had the trailer not rolled into the loan which makes it easier to register wherever I want. And I also register at a lower gvw to save about $80 a year.
