Setting up the factory ballast on 242x, what should be the percentage for the ballast to be filled? I also have a wakebooster along with 5 people who weigh around 200 each. I am new to all this along with what speed should boat be? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Fill it as much as you can. Sit everyone on one side. And go about 10 mph in deeper water.
 
Try full surf side ballast. Empty non surf side ballast. About 80% center and put your riders on the surf side. 10.5 to 10.8 is my guess on the speed.
