250 HPDI cranking but not starting

Greetings, my hpdi engine start stutter at first then only cranking but not starting. Check the sparkplugs and one was dry. All the rest had gas. The injectors were full of soot. I clean them and same problem. Scan them and the codes are: 23, 26, 25, 15, 27. Anyone could tell me the cause and when I try clearing, they are not.

Is there any possibility that the fly wheel key could have been cut and the engine out of timing, thus I t is only cranking and not startin?
