I’ve heard Blantons is a great one. Hard to find though but affordable.

Blantons is wonderful, but that bottle of Knob Creek is hard to beat. It has a very bold flavor and the 100 proof is a nice touch.
Noah’s Mill is another good full flavor bourbon, and if I remember correctly, it’s around 130 proof

Haven't had the Elijah myself. Waiting for Blade & Bow 22 yr special release around Derby time. Gonna be hard to find a bottle but I'm gonna try my best.
