Anchor Buddy Warranty

I got an Anchor Buddy when I picked up the boat in April. The first time I had a chance to use it was earlier this month. After 2-3 times using it one of the ends of the internal bungee cord failed. I contacted the company on their website to ask about their warranty process. They responded within the hour asking for my address to ship me a new one. Sounds like they may have had a batch that had a high failure rate.

Please provide your shipping address, so we can provide a warranty replacement asap.
We are currently working to determine cause of recent latex failures, which are difficult to detect during Quality inspections.

Needless to say I couldn't be happier with their warranty. Will have to see how the replacement holds up when I get it.

Great to hear. Just bought one last week along with a shore spike and danik hook. Took a couple tries to get the hang of beaching "bow out", but it was so nice once we figured it out!
