I'm tired of having bags on my swim deck. I want to ordered a custom WM 60"x 30"x 15" (1000lbs) bag and Johnson pump to replace my port hard tank (everyone is goofy in my family and friends). Plan is to get rid of the hard tank, sacrifice the port storage locker, hook the stock pump and second pump on a timer to the single huge bag and make my boat list without a swim platform bag. With a wake wedge and ski locker bag full I'm really hoping to have a push button solution to surf.

If the tank is too tough to remove I'm going to try a custom 30"x 30" x 16" bag with a second pump in the port storage compartment (540lbs) to avoid a swim platform bag.

So has anyone taken out a hard-tank?

Hope it works for you.
Different hull but I have integrated bags in rear storage (800lbs per side) and center locker, no way I can get a wave even close to what we get with the custom bag. The custom bag seems to really make a difference, I do not love it, but love the wave. I fill it to capacity (and then some, lol) and it sits pushed back with a little overhang.

Just to make light of myself...the reason I'm so hellbent on getting the bag off the rear deck is my 800lbs bag MAY have slipped its tie-down and fallen off the back while in motion. Nothing more awkward than trying to drain a drag a bag back on deck from the water. Something about a monkey and a football come to mind.

That's why I put handles on the bag because I may or may not have done the same thing.......:oops::oops:

They stay pretty good once tied down.
