this just feels like a bad idea. Aren't there warning labels regarding orifices that might apply?

Marked that funny...then watched the video. Uh, unmarked it funny. Looks dangerous to me.

We do that all the time at wake speed, not at full speed. Very fun and what is surprising is how much push you get from the wake and that you hardly have to hold on. Need to wear a shorty wetsuit and lifejacket as the swimsuit comes off pretty fast. Everyone has different levels of what they feel is dangerous. In our family that type of activity is pretty normal. Probably CO is the only possible issue but I think it is pretty dissipated at 15' behind the boat. Wakesurf one side and body surf the other. Big fun! Cam.
