Blower, Bilge pump, radio, lights not working

Hi Everyone--
None of the switches on the dash are working (blower, blige, radio, lights). I know there is a fuse box on the engine wall (ignition coil?) and on one of the red leads close to the battery's positive terminal. Could it be one of both?

The fuse on the red house lead near the battery is likely to be blown.

The question is why and will it blow again as soon as you replace it.
