Does anyone if this scanner can reset the hours on the boat?
 
There is no tool to reset the total running hours on a boat. There are lots of scanners that show discrepancies between what the ecu data logs, and what hour meters show on the clock. Your meter can show zero hours, but once the engine controller is scanned, it will show actual running time.
