I ended up cutting the fish in little chunks spread some panko on it and fried it up in a pan with pepper, little salt, olive oil, garlic and onion. Baked a potato and spread it on top. Came out pretty good. Fish tasted really good. I'll be cooking more soon (have to catch them first 
)
