De-winterize problems

Hi, I'm new to this site and a new Yamaha owner. I have a 2016 Yamaha 242x that I bought last summer. It was great last year ran beautifully. This is my first time taking it out after having it winterized over the winter. I now can't get it out of the no wake mode, it will only go about 4mph. Any ideas on what I haven't done to de-winterize or what could be the problem. And the stereo now won't work but all of the other electronics do.

Welcome. Are the Clean out ports in? As @FSH 210 Sport asks, what did winterizing include? Did you do it yourself or get a dealer to do it?

I had it winterized at a yamaha dealership while I was getting my depth finder fixed

Do the motors sound normal thru the rpm range? But just slip with no thrust? Are the clean out plugs seated? Do you mean the boat is stuck in no wake mode and will not come out by applying forward throttle?

thanks for yall's help, it was the clean out. Fishing line had gotten in
