Does anyone know of a way to disable the depth alarm? I have just the house battery on so I can play the radio while I’m beached or at the sandbar but the depth alarm keeps going off every 2 min or so.

set it to zero. you will have to turn it back on though if you need the depth alarm. I see you have a 2020 like I do. Instead of turning the key to run the connext system audio system, turn the audio power on at the transom remote instead. Connext screen will stay off but you can control everything at the remote.

I tried to set it to zero just kept going off. That’s a good idea just used remote. How is it you can turn power off on connext system?

this is pretty much the only solution I've found. Turn on at transom.

My 2016 242 Limited S E-Series drives me nuts with this too. I even change the depth to max when anchored and every so often it goes off. Will have to try the transom trick I guess

This alarm was driving me nuts too but when I looked closer, the alarm was because it wants to see healthy voltage on both batteries.

Only way I got it to stop bothering me is to have home and start switches to “on” which is less than ideal and defeats the whole purpose of being able to protect a battery from drain.

On my 2019 there's a way to silence alarms. It's the little button that looks like it has multiple rings on the bottom right, I think. Press it and a line goes through and it shuts up.

If both battery switches are set to on and the emergency connect is disabled, you shouldn't be drawing power from the starter battery anyways, right? I assume you shouldn't need to turn the battery off when hanging out and listening to music.

I wound up installing a toggle switch behind the helm so I can just turn off the alarm.

That dam thing keeps going off even when you silence it. Was in float mode today, connext was on so I can listen to music and the alarm kept going off, I keep silencing it and it kept going off few minutes later somehow resetting itself. There has to be a way to float in less depth that set on the alarm without it going off?? Is the only way to operate radio thru remote and turn off connext screen? Really, no other way?
