Anything that needs to be done special to the boat after its been sitting for 4 months?

plugs? :-) Both the spark and the jet pump plugs.

Make sure battery(s) are charged (and holding a charge) and hook them up.
Change oil and plugs if needed.
Check bilge pump screen for debris
lube linkages as needed (if you didn't do it before she went to bed).

Change your spark plugs after your first run! The fogging oil will burn off and may foul your plugs, so burn it off with the old plugs in then change em

I know the older MR-1 engines were pretty common to foul spark plugs, but from my experience the newer 1.8L engines don't have this issue. This season will be my 4th on the original plugs. I fog the cylinders and throttle bodies and run antifreeze through each year for winterization.

I'm a believer in if it ain't broke don't fix it! I keep a spare set on board just in case, but I can't justify the cost of changing plugs for no reason. If you do want to do it as preventative maintenance, then like others said definitely run the engines till all the fogging oil is burned off before changing them.
