Flyboarding, 2nd trip without any issues!

Today was the second time we went out flyboarding and the boat is performing very well. No over heating issues or cavitation issues. We are running solas impellers with a plastic wear ring. I am getting really quick at changing out the nozzle for the flyboard kit. It takes me about 90 seconds to complete. The folks at Skat Trak are building me new (the first set they sent were for a jet ski, not a boat) dual impellers for both motors to get the flyboard to perform a little better at lower RPM. When I fly my GF (130) I usually hit about 6200 RPMs, but with me (225) she hits 8K. We are starting a business on our local lake. Here I am today.

So no concerns about hitting the boat or getting to close to it?

When I or my GF get too close to the boat we take the RPMs down and drop the flyer to a safe distance.

I assume you can also move the boat some on one engine? Looks like fun. Got any more video?

Yes, we can move the boat with the other motor. I have the flyer boot up on the back of the boat and then, pop in on the port side. I then use the other motor to spin the boat slowly around to get the flyer in front. I will get some more video up of flying, as well as how to quick change over to flyboarding.

My first reaction was "on no the boat is going right over the hose and it's going to suck it up!", at least it's big enough not to be a problem!

The hose is strapped at the front to prevent it from going into the intake. Works perfect everytime!!
