So I did my winterization. It consisted of the following:

Oil and Filter change, Fogging engines, CRC'ing everything in the engine compartment, Cleaning interior, (Waxing outside to come in the future). Question is it good idea to spray fogging oil in the spark plug chambers. If so is it a basic and easy process? Or should I remove the spark plugs for the winter ?
 
I have already done my fogging through the intake. I plan on pulling my plugs on an engine, spraying fogging oil in each hole, pulling the lanyard, and cycling the engine. I am putting my plugs back in afterwards. I don't think it is recommended to keep the plugs out.
 
Correct. You pull the lanyard (the red safety lanyard that connects to the kill switch near the throttles. Kills the engines if you go overboard or get knocked out of the captians chair). But you spray fogging oil down the the spark plug holes, pull the lanyard (so the engines don't try to fire up), and turn the key. Only let the engine turn over a couple times. That way the fogging oil gets spread around inside of the cylinders.

And yes, put the plugs back in.

Sorry to rub it in, but I'm still boating down here. Just went out 2 days this week and plan to go more, muhahahaha
 
That's the last item on my winterization list. I fog the engines via the intake while running (as it described in my manual), then do my annual plug change. While each plug is out, I squirt a little fogging oil down each hole, then install the new plugs. They always smoke a lil upon startup in the spring, but always run fine after that.

Although I only put about 45 hours on the engines each season, I could probably reinstall the old plugs, but I don't for two basic reasons: 1) as far as I know the washers on the plugs themselves are a collapsible type that should only be used once; and 2) I'd rather change the plugs seasonally and at a time of my choice, rather than when I have six people staring @ me wanting to go wake boarding on a 100 degree day.
 
I used to be concerned that fogging the cylinders would foul the plugs so I used to replace the plugs before the next season started. I haven't fogged in a few seasons and haven't had any issues nor have I had any fouled plugs. I'm not sure if I will fog this year since we are in a drought and fogging would make me think twice about taking the boat out on calm winter day for a breakfast or lunch cruise. I've never heard of anyone taking their plugs out during long term storage.
