Our Fourth of July celebration included four racks of baby backs, low and slow; BBQ baked Beans, BBQ chicken, Cornbread with cheddar cheese, corn on the cob rubbed in garlic butter, salt, pepper and paprika, fruit salad, and red white and Blue shortcake for desert.

I did 2 fillets and 2 sirloins (Pinot salt, pepper), yams (butter, rose salt, pepper, honey, in foil) and broccoli (olive oil, Chardonnay salt, pepper) all on the grill. But I think you had me beat on dessert...
