Depends on how old it is. Most anything made after 1992 or so is ok with ethanol. The biggest problem with ethanol is it attracts water so you don't want it sitting for weeks or months without treating it. Older engines don't like ethanol as it will actually eat away some of the seals and gaskets. I may be a little off on the year. I had 1996 I/O that was fine with ethanol.

Absolutely treat every tank of fuel that won't be used immediately. StarTron Enzyme treatment is a good one as is Stabil Ethanol Treatment.

87 octane up to E-10 if you can't avoid it on my 240EFI I believe it's the same on your DI
