I went under boat to start to keelguard project. Omfg, please tell me this is not bad. I don't even beach the boat that often. I posted the pics. Does this need to be repaired. I'm not taking on water any more than normal some advice please! thanks in advance

Looks like you need a gel coat repair before the keel guard project. Not to big of deal but if it were my boat i would get it repaired sooner rather than later. It could get worse
 
It needs to be fixed
Water will soften the keel and then youd really have problems
 
Definitely not normal.
This is the exact reason i put keel guards on all my water toys when they are new. Never a real concern after that
