Help!!! Shipping boat with tower??

So it looks like I have sold my 2015 AR240!!! The buyer is having it shipped home, so I need to get it ready for shipping. My biggest question is how do I secure the tower in the folded position. I know the factory uses shipping brackets, but what do they look like, and where do they mount? Where can I get them since my dealer probably doesn't keep them from 2 years ago? I am going to put the white shipping cover on it and just put the Yamaha mooring cover under a seat so it doesn't get messed up from shipping. Any other suggestions on what else I need to do to prevent damage? Also how do I load it??? Do I need to find a marina with a hoist or do shipping companies generally cover that??? This is all uncharted territory for me, please help!!

These are the brackets they use for shipping. I called Widowee Marine once asking if they had any and he said they toss them.

Hi @jet-r-done and congrats on the sale of the boat......I think Hopefully there's another one in your near future.

How & where is the boat being transported? By ground, freight, etc. usually there's a trailer too. If that's the case I'd imagine it would be loaded on the trailer and either towed or put on a flat bed truck.

I used UShip to have my boat moved....they just towed it on the trailer.

The tower shipping brackets are different for each model/tower type.

I was talking to the buyer, and we were thinking the shipper was putting it on a low boy or flat bed. He called me back later, and it's looking like they are just going to tow it. If that's the case, I won't have to worry about height and folding the tower. It is going from North Alabama to the Carolinas, so it won't be that bad. Next hurdle, does anyone have suggestions on money transfer??? He was in town for business, and came by and looked it over in person, so I don't suspect anything fishy but still want to make this as easy as possible.
