I was just curious. After reading through the thread asking the age of the boaters, it got me thinking of how many boats Ive owned. Im only 24 and I have PERSONALLY owned 6. This includes PWC. This does NOT included all the boats my parents have raised me on.
  • 00' Bayliner Capri 17.5
  • 93' GW Invader Bravo 18ft
  • 05' Yamaha VX110 Deluxe
  • 01' Polaris Jet Ski (Cant remember the model but it was FUN!)
  • 13' Cypress Cay Seabreeze 21ft Pontoon
  • 15' Yamaha AR192-CURRENT

I've owned more pwc than boats. I had as many as 4 skis at once. All of which highly modified. In order of owning:

97 Yamaha GP760
03 Yamaha GP1300R
94 Yamaha Waveblaster 1
89 Kawasaki 440
94 Yamaha superjet
03 Kawasaki SX-800R
97 Yamaha superjet
04 Yamaha XLT-1200
97 Monterey 185
12 Yamaha 242 LS

Out of pwc I loved my 97 Yam superjet the most. Kept that for years and thought I'd never sell it after all the work I had into it. Always had offers to buy it but when someone offered me a $2k profit off what I had into it I let it go and bought my first boat. Now I'm in love with my 242 LS.

All currently in my possession. Would not sell the SXi for less than triple its Blue Book value. The SeaDoos almost aren't worth the time to sell since I wouldn't part with the trailer. But good to see other former/current standup riders around here.

07 AR230 bought used in 2009 - my first boat, I'm still so thankful I bought a yamaha, it may not be the best at some things but it just keeps on working,

If I would have bought a prop I probably would have sold it by now with winterization costs, new props, etc... and no super forum board to help me with it!

My signature has my list.

have had 7 total......so far:winkingthumbsup"

on my 6th. 3rd family bowrider type. Hoping to not need an upgrade for a few years. Others are fishing boats, one of which I bought impulsively on the way to a Canada fishing trip when father-in-law's boat died within 12 hours of our departure. Sold the boat when I got home, making enough to pay for the trip!

My list is also my personal owned boats, but I was exposed to boating and my father, grandfather, and friends all had boats too, so boating as been apart of my life from my earliest recollection at about 3 years of age.

Mel if you owned a 650lx you're talking late 80s/ early 90s. I think they stopped making them in 92 or 93.
That makes more sense...I didn't pay much for it, and only had it a year. It was a clean one owner with low hours. I couldn't remember rhe year, that's why the question mark!

4 jet boats including the 1 I currently own. 11 pwcs including 3 currently. So 15 total.

3 boats:

2008 Yamaha sx230
2012 Yamaha 242 Limited
2014 Yamaha 242 Limited S (current boat and last one for quite a while)

Yeah, you say that...
