I need a new ladder for my Yamaha SX192

This past spring we found and bought a 2014 sx192 with only 45 hours on it. We love the boat but the ladder is in need of being replaced. The ladder no longer slides in and out with any ease at all. Finally had to just rope it up and tie it off until I take the boat out of the water in October for the season. I am new to this site and would very much appreciate hearing some ideas and suggestions.

Did you try lubricating it?

Yes I did. The problem is that it keeps binding up on itself. Its very hard to close up the ladder once your back on the boat.

It probably got bent by lowering it in too shallow water and allowing the boat to push back onto it. Some people have had luck getting Windline to replace theirs....or you can just buy a new one. Check out this thread:

x2 on the bend ladder. Hard to get those straightened out right once they are bent.. Buy new.
