That looks like a great deal! Only thing I would be afraid of is the pictures of the boat beached on the sand. I would have to inspect that hull.

Nice boat! I wouldn't be the least bit worried about the beaching, unless what is almost certainly nothing more than minor scuffing is a concern. We have beached out boat quite a few times with no ill effects other than a bit of scuffing of the gelcoat.
